1. About Us

CSB Academy is a licensed vocational and technical training institute operating under License No. 2017-142, issued by the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education. We provide professional IT certifications, BT (Brevet Technique), TS (Technicien Superieur), and BP (Brevet Professionnel) programs.

We are an EC-Council Accredited Training Center (Certificate #EATC86075).

2. Services

Our services include:

  • Professional training courses and certification preparation
  • BT, TS, and BP vocational education programs
  • Online and in-person instruction
  • Certification examination facilitation
  • Career guidance and professional development
  • Digital certificates and badges

3. Enrollment and Registration

  • Enrollment is subject to course availability and prerequisite requirements
  • Students must provide accurate personal information during registration
  • For BT programs (minors aged 15+), parental/guardian consent is required
  • CSB Academy reserves the right to refuse enrollment at its discretion
  • Course schedules and instructors may change; students will be notified of material changes

4. Payments and Fees

  • All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
  • A non-refundable registration fee may apply
  • Installment plans are available at the discretion of CSB Academy
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of access
  • Examination fees for third-party certifications (e.g., EC-Council, CompTIA) are separate from tuition

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
  • Full refund (minus registration fee) if cancelled before the course start date
  • Partial refund (50%) if cancelled within the first week of classes
  • No refund after the first week of classes
  • CSB Academy reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment; in such cases, a full refund will be issued

6. Attendance and Conduct

  • Regular attendance is required for all programs
  • BT/TS/BP programs have minimum attendance requirements as mandated by the Ministry of Education
  • Students must maintain professional conduct at all times
  • Academic dishonesty, plagiarism, and disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund
  • Students are responsible for the proper use of equipment and facilities

7. Certificates and Credentials

  • CSB Academy certificates are issued upon successful completion of program requirements
  • BT/TS/BP certificates are issued by the Lebanese Ministry of Education through CSB Academy
  • Professional certification exams are administered by the respective certification body (EC-Council, CompTIA, etc.)
  • CSB Academy does not guarantee that students will pass external certification exams
  • Digital badges and certificates include verification links and are valid as stated

8. Website Use

  • Our website is provided for informational purposes and service access
  • You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
  • Content on the website (text, images, logos) is the property of CSB Academy unless otherwise noted

9. Social Media

When you interact with CSB Academy on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn):

  • Your comments and messages may be used to improve our services
  • We may respond to your comments using automated tools
  • Testimonials and success stories may be shared with your consent
  • We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or spam comments from our pages

10. Limitation of Liability

CSB Academy shall not be liable for:

  • Failure to pass external certification exams
  • Employment outcomes after completing our programs
  • Service interruptions due to force majeure events
  • Third-party service failures (internet, examination platforms, etc.)

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lebanon.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
